Milford on Sea Community Centre The Community Centre is where our groups meet. They have many interesting and entertaining activities in a relaxed setting.
The Alzheimer's Society :: The Alzheimer's Society care and research charity for people with dementia and their carers. Their website contains lots of information for people living with Alzheimer's and their carers.
Dementia UK :: Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families. Their website provides information about Dementia as well as advice on receiving one-to-one support through their services.
